Histórico dos 100 aos 125 anos

The company name was changed to Karsten S.A. and production extended to the bed segment. Constant investments with state-of-the-art technologies led to different pioneering ways of production. The period has been one of total innovation and has taken Karsten to the level of being one of the largest Brazilian plants of its segment.

 

Ralf Karsten transmitted the management to the fourth generation, in 1998. Carlos Odebrecht and João Karsten Neto carried on the business, making use of technology, with environmental and social responsibility. In a demonstration of maturity and endeavor, in 2006 the process of professionalizing the company was concluded and the members of the family came to compose the Board of Administrative Council, guiding the policies and general directives of the company.
